WEAK ECONOMICS AND BAD POLITICS!!!!!!!!!!

The fuel price has been raised finally amidst a lot of political disparities. The left parties being in the UPA government have distanced themselves from this fuel price hike discharging a nation wide protest against the government. The left parties have given some suggestions to the government which are practically impossible for the government and thus the government has gone through with the price hike.

]The opposing BJP has finally got an issue through which it wants to pull the vote banks towards itself by raising voice against this issue. They are very much interested in criticizing the government rather than being a part of the movement to reduce the fuel price. The party has not given any measures to solve this problem. I don’t know why these political parties don’t understand that they would get the votes of they take steps to solve the problem instead of pointing fingers to the person responsible for this situation.

The congress now is facing a very tough situation. They very well know the consequences of this price hike and that’s why they had postponed this decision for a long time and only when the oil companies threatened to ration the oil commodities the government has come up with this decision.

The congress too is a political party. An example for this, the fuel price hike was withheld by them till the Karnataka polls were completed and only then the rise was announced. The congress finally had to concede to the wishes of the oil companies by raising the prices. Though the numbers given to explain the increase in the price hike are a projected or expected loss for the oil companies, the price hike was the only way to get the money for importing oil.

All these political parties have to put aside their disparities and come with a solution for the welfare of this nation. But as we all know the parties would be pointing each one of them for the reason behind this price hike and as usual the burden because of this corrupt and irresponsible politics in India would fall on the heads of the common people.

This step by the government is “weak economics and bad politics”.
